Cancellations

At times, unforeseen circumstances may prevent you from keeping your appointment. If you must cancel your appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. In order to keep costs as low as possible, we reserve the right to bill patients who abuse this policy or have a history of missing appointments without providing notice.
