White/Mercury-Free Fillings

A filling is used to repair a tooth that is affected by decay, cracks, fractures, etc. The decayed or affected portion of the tooth will be removed and then filled.

Whenever possible, we recommend the use of white, mercury-free composite fillings due to their performance and for their aesthetic benefits. These fillings can be matched very closely to the colour of your teeth, making fillings nearly invisible. We do however, offer traditional silver amalgam fillings for people who request them.
