Tooth Whitening/Bleaching

If your teeth are dull, discoloured or stained and you want to restore your beautiful smile, our tooth whitening process is a safe and effective way to do so. If you have even a stubborn single tooth that’s noticeably duller or less white than your other teeth it can be individually brightened.

Our in home bleaching process involves applying a protective rubber mouth guard that is filled with a whitening agent worn two hours a day for easy gentle bleaching. If your teeth aren't very dark or much stained, you may only need to use for a week or two.

Tooth bleaching is effective for most people, and can last up to a year before a touch-up is needed. If you're interested in brightening your smile, see us so we can evaluate your teeth. In some cases of serious discoloration and pitted teeth, for example, veneers may be more appropriate than bleaching. And because crowns, bridges, and fillings do not bleach, it may be necessary to replace dental work to blend it with the new color of your bleached teeth. An x-ray of your teeth is the best way to make a true assessment.
